This case study highlights my user-first approach, shaped by multiple rounds of user research, interviews, data synthesis, and concept testing.
For this project, I made key design decisions based on user research and worked closely with UX researcher Emily Ng. I conducted interviews, tested concepts, and iterated on the design to ensure it met user needs before handoff to development.
