This case study demonstrates how I worked closely with engineering to refine designs and deliver a polished, responsive experience.

For this project, I refined key interactions based on user research and worked closely with developer Eric Grossman to ensure smooth handoff and address technical constraints.

Clarify early to drive engagement

To drive engagement, we redesigned the user journey by creating a dedicated product page for potential customers. This clarified key information upfront, reducing friction and guiding users seamlessly from the home page to the product page, and ultimately to the contact form.

When exploring the original site, users experienced confusion when navigating the site, unable to find information on the product, which led to lack of engagaement.

The new user journey guides visitors towards a comprehensive overview of the product, leading to higher clarity and engagement.

The home page clearly describes the "3 P's", a critical slogan and approach of the Perch Sensing product.

The product then takes center stage, showcasing its value and guiding users straight to contact.
